Step 1 – Application Forms

Each intended adult resident (18+) needs to apply. Our form has space for two applicants. For additional applicants, use another application form. The processing fee is $40.00 for each individual adult applicant. There are two (2) forms to be completed and signed: Rental Application Form and Credit Check Form. There is an additional application for pets.

Step 3 – The Next Step

If approved, you will need to provide a non-refundable holding deposit (minimum $500), and sign a rental agreement. The property will be held a maximum of two (2) weeks. This deposit will be applied to the total move-in costs.

All security deposits and move in costs must be paid in certified funds.
