My name is Carole Gauler and I am a 100% goal oriented woman. To put it simply, my goal is helping my clients achieve their goals.

Customer service and sales have always been my profession. In my career, I have owned and successfully operated two businesses, worked for two Fortune 50 companies and now enjoy the Real Estate market. My successes are due to my dedication to consistent communication and information sharing. My clients know the status of our transactions in the time it takes to send an e-mail or make a phone call. Providing you an experience beyond your expectations is my job.

My experience in Real Estate began in 2003 as a Realtor with Century 21 Goldcrest Properties. The continued education and ethical standards of the brokerage is what attracted me. That brokerage then became Coldwell Banker Select bringing with them the reputation for the highest standards in the industry.

As the market in Northern Nevada changed, I changed with it. The bubble popped and we found ourselves with folks becoming desperate to sell their homes now worth less than their mortgage. It became a “distressed property.” With additional education and working with top professionals, I was now ready to work with them and relieve them of the stress of their situation.

Property Management, specifically Investor protection, became a major focus. It was time for a move. Pete Sanborn and I formed a brokerage that shared my goals for owners. We were co-owners of Gauler Sanborn Real Estate & Property Management. Pete chose to pursue other avenues and I am now owner/broker of Gauler Realty.

My license, as a Realtor, is Broker and Designated Property Manager. My designations are ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute).

I’m Hunter Benedetti, a 3rd generation Nevadan who has lived in the Reno/Sparks area my entire life.
